— Async access during office hours. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Arizona time, for the questions that can’t wait until our next call.
— Quarterly priority planning. Every 90 days, we set the top goals for the quarter ahead, so the weekly work always ladders up to something.
— Review and feedback. Bring what needs guidance.
— Delegation and hiring strategy. I help you get the right work to the right people, so your team carries the execution and you don’t.
— NP Insider & Power Practice. A community of practice owners working through the same things you are.
Amplify is strategy. I won’t be building, writing, implementing, or directing your team day to day. That’s what keeps my perspective clear and your team growing.
