A plan you can run with.
— Partner in your day-to-day. I’m in your team channel during office hours, Monday-Friday, as part of the daily rhythm of your practice.
— A weekly leadership meeting to review progress, make decision, and clear our path to progress.
— Ownership of the 90-day plan. We’ll build the plan together and I’ll implement KPIs to track and adjust as the practice evolves.
— Team Direction. I direct your team or VA on implementation and join team meetings as needed.
— Systems, SOPs, and assets that support the plan.
